For registering to participate in trade fairs and exhibitions includes the following steps:

Step 1: Select the Exhibition suitable for business's sector.

Please refer to the Exhibitions & Trade Fairs menu on the website, each exhibition has general information and exhibit profile. Click on the name of the exhibition to see more details.


Step 2: Submit a request to register for participation in one of the following ways:

  • Online registration on the website: Each exhibition has its own registration form at the end of each introductory article, please provide all information according to the registration form.
  • Chat directly with a counselor through the chat tool on the website.
  • Email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Send requests via the Quick Contact Form in the Contact Us section.

Note: For all of the above, we need to know 4 information: Company name; Type of company (foreign, joint venture, or domestic company); Main business products; Contact information: Full name, mobile number and email address. Your information will be received and verified by the organizers.


Step 3: Select the booth and sign the contract.

After receiving the registration information, the organizers will contact and send documents about the exhibition to you, include: Brochure/Flyer; Layout plan; Official registration form (have information about booth location and price of booth), advertising fee.

Please fill accurate information in the official registration form so that the Organizing Committee will have a basis for compiling the Contract.


Step 4: Pay and wait for Organizing Committee about the booth.

The contract after signing is only valid when you make payment at least 50% of the value of the contract. The Organizing Committee will be responsible for keeping the premises for you as agreed. In case of late payment, if another business chooses your location, the Organizing Committee will give priority to the first payment.


Step 5: Get the booth delivered.

- For Standard Booths: You will receive the booth and arrange the decoration, transport of goods within 1 day before opening. Customers can only hand over the booth after completing 100% payment of the contract.

- For Booth Construction: Before the opening time, you will have a period of 2 to 3 days to receive the space and proceed to set up. Like Standard Booth, completing 100% payment of the contract must be made before delivery.
